Dear Dennis:

	Thanks for your December 15 letter.  It may be a while
before I get a chance to read the material in it and sent with it.

	I hope you aren't relying on me as the main sounding board
for your ideas.  I am exceptionally bad at that, and it
has proved unreliable even for Stanford people.
Let me suggest that you put them into the best form you can and
